Very tasty, friendly and beautiful decor.

So far we have been satisfied on site. We weren't when we ordered. The food came 30 minutes early and was already completely cold. Cold oil dripped from the box and the bruschetta was no longer recognizable as such (the box may have fallen off). Too bad. But there are much better alternatives in Jena.

The first order was ok, but you can look for the topping on seafood. With the 2nd order the pizza was completely burned down! Unfortunately I only noticed it at home.

The pizzas are gigantic in size and, with their thin base, delicious! The service is friendly, the food comes quickly and warm. However, when you're done and want to pay, it always takes a long time.

Such a great atmosphere, just to feel good and to arrive, with a wonderful outdoor seating area, ... very friendly and pretty service, pleasant music, huge pizzas and delicious looking food. Only the ingredients were saved. The pizza could have been filled much better, but the dough was nice and thin, tasted more like 2 stars, atmosphere and service 5 stars. By the way, this was already one of my favorite restaurants in Hamburg, now also in Jena.

Nice restaurant, friendly service, good pizza, but you should plan to wait (with us 1 hour) after ordering.

Very loud for the elderly, really great for young people. Food good but long waiting time, one and a half hours for a pizza.

Very disappointing. Were almost the only guests and wanted to have lunch with 8 people. At the beginning we waited a little eternity for the drinks and then we were ignored for 40 minutes. Only after I spoke to the female waitress whether it was at least possible to get something to drink again if the food wasn't coming, the lady took pity and brought us something again. The meal then took another 15 minutes. So I ask myself: how long do you wait when the shop is well attended. The hardest working was the boy who could not buy the worst. The food was then quite good. So I really can't give more than one star here. It's a shame, but here you can see that everything depends on the staff.

In my opinion the best pizzas in town. On the one hand, the pizzas are damn big, really tasty and the base is nice and thin and crispy, as it should be the Italian way. Clear recommendation on my part. If you can't eat a whole one, you can share half of it with someone else and, if you wish, have it covered in two ways.

Totally delicious and huge pizzas, taste like in Italy! The pasta is fresh, delicious and Al Dente, what more could you want? Service is fast and friendly, for us definitely the best "pizza chain" far and wide! If there were 6 stars we would give them :)

Pizza ? ?

Well ... big pizzas aren't everything. We just started on the pizzas 40 minutes after the starter !!! Then the parts came and actually tastes like nothing. Absolutely little topping, no taste. One wasn't baked properly, the other burned. Sorry, but that was absolutely nothing! You still have to practice a lot !! PS: the noodles were nothing either.

Usually the food is very good. The pizzas are the hallmark and huge. The ambience is second to none. In summer the wasps are extremely annoying but nobody can do anything about it. Today (on September 14th, 2020) the pizzas were unfortunately very, very cold and just not good. Even my water only came when there was increased demand. In return, the managing director's reaction was all the more courteous. The pizzas didn't have to be paid for. I find this a more than adequate response. Thanks a lot for this. So I will continue to choose L'Osteria in the future if I want to have a good pizza in Jena. Mistakes happen, but the way the establishment is handled is crucial. Best regards

Well, it took quite long to get the drinks we ordered. I ordered Lasagne. It was cold in the we middle and I found it be on the small side. Will not return. On a plus side, the service was friendly.

Something like train station inside. But outside, especially in the midday heat, wonderfully shady and airy. The service is extremely friendly and caters to the wishes of the guests. Will definitely be back.

The restaurant is well decorated. I think the music is too loud. You can't really talk. The drinks came pretty quickly. We waited about 20min for the food. However, everything was freshly prepared. You can look into the kitchen and watch how the food is prepared. The food was very tasty. The portions could be a bit bigger in my opinion (but had gnocchi) Will definitely come again. The pizzas looked delicious and were very large.

We enjoyed our first visit today, we had to wait a long time for our food, but it was worth it. The pizza was huge and very tasty, my salad fresh and delicious. We love to come back.

We ordered one beef salad and one prawn salad, one of the waitresses offered us two free drinks and eventually we ordered a slice of tiramisu and it was a very genorous slice. One slice is enough for two people ??

A very interesting experience, with delicious food and friendly staff. I see that people complain about the noise level... it's an italian place, so loud, fun and joy should be expected ?pizza is really tasty and the octopus salad➡️to die for. Great job, guys!

Very friendly team! Nice atmosphere, & music. Great place for celebrating birthday and of course the foooodddd is great, I highly recomend to share a Pizza!! My favorite is rucula and the mouse chocolate with mango icecream :)

Pretty warm inside and had to wait for an hour before I got my food. That's pretty long. However, the amount of food and drink you get is really good for its price.
